The ex-dividend date 2011 will take place prior to July 15, 2011 which signifies the expiration date of the Futures Contracts on the Company’s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX 20 index in which it is included.

Dividend beneficiaries – Record date : Tuesday 28 June 2011 (In accordance with the new ATHEX Rulebook, starting on Jan 1st 2009 corporate actions take place based on “record dates” replacing the “trade date” rule. Based on the new rule, beneficiaries of the dividend are those investors who are registered in the DSS on the relevant record date.)
