According to the Regulation of the Athens Exchange (4.1.3.1, ib), TITAN CEMENT COMPANT S.A. announces the completion of the statutory tax audit for the fiscal years 2006 and 2007. According to the tax audit outcome, the aggregate liability of the Company amounts to Euro 2.609.030, namely Euro 2,198,573 tax, Euro 547.772 surcharges and Euro 137.315 lump sum payment discount.
The Company has already provisioned in the corresponding years a total amount of Euro 1.600.000 while the difference of Euro 1.009.030 will be charged to fiscal year 2009 earnings.
