TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces pursuant to article 14 par. 2  of L.3556/2007 and after relevant notification by Mr. Dimitri Papalexopoulos,  that the voting rights attached to Company shares owned by him together with the ones he is entitled to exercise as proxy holder during the Annual General Meeting of the Company of 20.5.2008 or any Repeat Meeting thereof,  amounted on 13.5.2008 to 7,124,420 voting rights representing 9.26% of the total number of voting rights of the Company.

 

The above announcement was notified to the Athens Exchange, the HCMC and was also posted on the Athens Exchange website.
