TITAN CEMENT CO. S.A. announces that the presentation scheduled to the Greek Institutional Investors for 23/4/2008 is postponed for 6/6/2008. The obligation according to article 292 para 2 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook of annual updating to the analysts was covered by the conference call which took place after the announcement of the annual financial results of our Company on 26/2/2008. The Company carries out conference calls after the announcements of results every quarter.
