According to the Regulation of the Athens Exchange (article 276) TITAN CEMENT CO. S.A. hereby announces the completion of the statutory tax audit for the fiscal years 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005. According to the tax audit outcome the aggregate liability of the Company amounts to Euro 4.224.522 .
The company has already provisioned in the corresponding years a total amount of Euro 3.350.000 while the difference of Euro 874.522 will be charged to fiscal year 2007 earnings.
