(the Company) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007, following relevant notification made by FMR LLC that, on September 18, 2017 the voting rights in the Company held indirectly by FMR LLC through Fidelity Management and Research Company and FMR Co, Inc. fell below 5% of the total voting rights of the Company.
