(the Company) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007, following relevant notification made by FMR LLC that, on September 5, 2017 the voting rights in the Company held indirectly through Fidelity Management and Research Company and FMR Co, Inc. exceeded 5% and reached 5.01% of the total voting rights of the Company.
