Following relevant announcement dated 8.6.2017 of TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. (the Company) made pursuant to Law 3556/2007, it is clarified that the voting rights percentage which fell on June 6, 2017 below 5%, representing 4.98% of the total voting rights of the Company, is held indirectly by FMR LLC, Fidelity Management and Research Company, FMR Co., Inc.
