TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. (the Company) announces that, following information received from Leonidas Canellopoulos, there were changes in shareholding thresholds stated in Law 3556/2007, article 9 paragraph 1.
Οn  4/10/2012 the shareholders Leonidas Canellopoulos and Andreas Canellopoulos transferred shares with voting rights from their individual Investor Accounts to the Common Investor Account in which they are co-beneficiaries and the total percentage of Leonidas Canellopoulos exceeded 5% and represents 5.71% of the Company voting rights.
