The Company announces that after the written notification received from EDYVEM, on 24/4/2012 the percentage of voting rights of our Company of the above-mentioned shareholder increased from 4,79% to 11,16% thus exceeding the threshold of 10%. Also EDYVEM declared to us that it is not controlled by an individual or legal entity in the sense of L. 3556/2007 art. 3.
