TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that in accordance with article 14 para 3 of Law 3556/2007 and after the written notification received from the company MITICA LTD, on 17 October 2007 the percentage of the above mentioned shareholder exceeded the percentage of 5% and now holds 5,025% of the voting rights of our Company.
The above announcement was notified to the Athens Exchange, the HCMC and was also posted on the Athens Exchange website.
