Titan Cement Company S.A. (the Company) announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that the PAUL AND ALEXANDRA CANELLOPOULOS FOUNDATION, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Nellos Canellopoulos, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, bought on May 7, 2018 1,831 preference shares of the Company of a total value of €32,425.60 and on May 8, 2018 500 preference shares of the Company of a total value of € 8,925.00.
