Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007
Titan Cement Company S.A. (the Company) announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that the PAUL AND ALEXANDRA CANELLOPOULOS FOUNDATION, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Nellos Canellopoulos, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, bought on April 25, 2018 2,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 42,400.00 and 950 preference shares of the Company of a total value of €16,042.50 and on April 26, 2018 300 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 5,117.50.
