Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007
Titan Cement Company S.A. (the Company) announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that the PAUL AND ALEXANDRA CANELLOPOULOS FOUNDATION, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Nellos Canellopoulos, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, bought on April 3, 2018 800 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 16,200.00 and on April 4, 2018 657 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 13,468.50.
