Titan Cement Company S.A. ( the Company) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that Mr. Takis-Panagiotis Canellopoulos, executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company, sold on December 21, 2017 4,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of €87,392.50 and on December 22, 2017 4,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of €88,837.60.
