Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007
Titan Cement Company S.A. ( the Company) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that Mr. Takis-Panagiotis Canellopoulos, executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company, sold on December 11, 2017 5,500 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 111,640.05 and on December 12, 2017 8,500 common shares of the Company of a total value of €172,111.74.
