Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007
Titan Cement Company S.A. ( the Company) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that Mr. Takis-Panagiotis Canellopoulos, executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company, sold on November 23, 2017 4,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 81,767.32 and on November 24, 2017 4,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of €81,649.60.
