Titan Cement Co. S.A. (the Company) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that Mrs. Ν. Kalesi, Responsible of Shareholders Services Department, sold on 25th September 2017, 200 common shares of a total value of euro 4,400.00.
