Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007
Titan Cement Co. S.A. (the Company) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation 596/2014/EU, that ALPHA BANK, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Efthimios Vidalis, executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company, sold on June 19, 2017 11,132 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 287,911.89 and on June 20, 2017 15,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 388,907.44.
