Titan Cement Co. S.A. (the Company) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation 596/2014/EU, that Mr. Konstantinos Derdemezis, Executive Director SE Europe, sold on 20th June 2017, 2,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of €51,659.80.
