Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007
Titan Cement Co. S.A. (the Company) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation 596/2014/EU, that Mr. Dimitri Th. Papalexopoulos, CEO of the Company, sold on 26th May 2017, 11,500 common shares and on 29th May 2017 17,050 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 297,312.95 and € 443,354.56 respectively.
