Titan Cement Co. S.A. (the Company) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation 596/2014/EU, that Mrs. Alexandra Papalexopoulou, executive member of the Company’s Board of Directors, sold on 26th May 2017, 11,251 common shares and on 29th May 2017 7,594 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 290,863.38 and € 197,467.54 respectively.
