Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007
Titan Cement Co. S.A. (the Company) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation 596/2014/EU, that Mr. Dimitri Th. Papalexopoulos, CEO of the Company, sold on 15th May 2017, 1,800 common shares, on 16th May 2017, 3,500 common shares and on 17th May 2017 1,150 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 46,463.96, € 90,058.15 and € 29,533.04 respectively.
