(the Company) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation 596/2014/EU, that Mrs. Alexandra Papalexopoulou, executive member of the Company’s Board of Directors, sold on 15th May 2017, 1,605 common shares, on 16th May 2017, 3,500 common shares and on 17th May 2017 1,050 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 41,438.10, € 90,068.48 and € 26,964.00 respectively.
