Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007
Titan Cement Co. S.A. (the Company) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that ALPHA BANK, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Efthimios Vidalis, executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company, sold on May 10, 2017 13,617 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 346,847.92.
