Titan Cement Company S.A. ( the Company) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that Mr. Takis-Panagiotis Canellopoulos, executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company, sold on March 28, 2017 10,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 234,443.32 and on March 29, 2017 10,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 240,526.41.
