Titan Cement Company S.A. ( the Company)  announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that the NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Petros Sabatakakis, non executive member of the  Board of Directors of the Company, sold on January 24, 2017 4,200 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 92,844.79 and on January 25, 2017 6,500 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 144,060.48.
