S.A. hereby announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Capital Market Commission Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007, and following notification provided to it pursuant to Article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that ALPHA BANK, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Efthimios Vidalis, executive member of the Board of Directors of Titan Cement Co. S.A., sold on November 18, 2016 402 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 8,720.90.
