( the Company) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Capital Market Commission Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 and following notification provided to it pursuant to Article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that the Finance Director Mr. G. Dikaios, sold on September 29, 2016 1,300 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 27,554.54.
