( the Company)  announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Capital Market Commission Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 and following notification provided to it pursuant to Article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that the PAUL AND ALEXANDRA CANELLOPOULOS FOUNDATION, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Nellos Canellopoulos, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, bought on September 6, 2016 500 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 10,197.94 and on September 7, 2016 500 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 10,100.00.
