Titan Cement Company S.A. ( the Company)  announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and after having received relevant notification from ALPHA BANK S.A.,  that ALPHA BANK S.A. acquired on 26.8.2016 ownership of  3,845,000 common shares of the Company representing 4.9894% of the voting rights of the Company after having exercised its rights under a pledge agreement securing a loan granted to a customer.
This announcement is made because Mr. Efthimios Vidalis who is an executive member of the Board of Directors of Titan Cement Company S.A. ( Liable Person in accordance with Law 3340/2005) is a non executive member of the Board of Directors of Alpha Bank S.A.
