Titan Cement Co. S.A. (the Company) announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Capital Market Commission Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 and after having received relevant notice  pursuant to Article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and Capital Market Commission Decision No. 3/347/12.7.2005,  that on June 22nd and June 23rd,  2016, E.D.Y.V.E.M. LTD (Hellenic Construction Materials, Industrial, Commercial Transportation Public Company LTD), a public company established and operating under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and  closely associated with Mr. Andreas Canellopoulos, sold 10,000 and 8.703 common shares of the Company at a total price of € 199,577.53 and 174,750.18 respectively.
