Titan Cement Co. S.A. (the Company) announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Capital Market Commission Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 and after having received relevant notice  pursuant to Article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and Capital Market Commission Decision No. 3/347/12.7.2005,  that on April 6 ,  2016, E.D.Y.V.E.M. LTD (Hellenic Construction Materials, Industrial, Commercial Transportation Public Company LTD), a public company established and operating under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and  closely associated with Mr. Andreas Canellopoulos, Chairman of the Board of Directors of  the Company, sold 8,000 common shares of the Company at a total price of € 144,188.51.
