Titan Cement Co. S.A. (the Company) hereby announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Capital Market Commission Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 and following notification provided to it pursuant to Article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and Capital Market Commission Decision No. 3/347/12.7.2005  that on March 24th ,  2016, E.D.Y.V.E.M. LTD (Hellenic Construction Materials, Industrial, Commercial Transportation Public Company LTD), a public company established and operating under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, which is closely associated with Mr. Andreas Canellopoulos, Chairman of the Board of Directors of  the Company, purchased  4,302,947 preference without vote shares of the Company of a total value of € 55,938,311 through an Over the Counter (OTC) transaction.
