S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 from CEO Mr. Dimitrios Papalexopoulos and the member of BOD Mrs. Alexandra Papalexopoulou-Benopoulou the following: Οn 31/12/2013 Mr. Theodoros Papalexopoulos transferred a) 741.322 shares with voting rights to the Common Investor Account in which he is the first co-beneficiary with second co-beneficiary Mr. Dimitrios Papalexopoulos and b) 619.414  shares with voting rights to the Common Investor Account in which he is the first co-beneficiary with second co-beneficiary Mrs. Alexandra Papalexopoulou-Benopoulou.
