Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Μichael Sigalas, Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Company, sold on 25th November 2013, 2,000 common shares of a total value of € 46,087.46.
