Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission  and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that  Mrs. Alexandra Papalexopoulou, executive member of the Company’s Board of Directors, sold on 20^th November 2013,  3,000 common shares, on 21^st  November 2013 4,000 common shares and on 22^nd November 2013 3,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of  € 63,150.00, 85,337.00 and 66,783.00 respectively.
