S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission  and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that  Mr. Dimitrios Th. Papalexopoulos, CEO of the Company’s Board of Directors, sold on 15^th November 2013, 5,000 common shares, on 18^thNovember 2013 5,000 common shares and on 19^th November 2013 5,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of  € 99,170.00, 100,224.95 and 102,719.74 respectively.
