Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Dimitrios Th. Papalexopoulos, CEO of the Company’s Board of Directors, sold on 7th October 2013, 10,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 193.278,12.
