S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mrs.Alexandra Papalexopoulou, executive member of the Company’s Board of Directors, sold on October 4th 2013, 9,901 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 182,756.38.
