S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Aristidis Papadopoulos, Executive Director region U.S.A., sold on 9th April 2013, 500 common shares of a total value of € 6.540,00 and on 10th April 2013, 500 common shares of a total value of € 6,802.10.
