S.A. hereby announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Capital Market Commission Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007, and following notification provided to it pursuant to Article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that PAUL AND ALEXANDRA CANELLOPOULOS FOUNDATION, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Nellos Canellopoulos, executive member of the Board of Directors of Titan Cement Co. S.A., bought on November 8th, 2012 800 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 11,104.00, on November 9^th, 2012  400 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 5,504.00 and on November 12^th, 2012 405 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 5,472.90.
