Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Andreas L. Canellopoulos, Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, purchased on 28th November 2011, 12,522 common shares and on 29th November 2011, 16,009 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 131,254.90 and € 163,630.36 respectively.
