Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Takis Canellopoulos, executive member of the Company’s Board of Directors, purchased on 21st November 2011, 13,200 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 150,155.27.
