Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Andreas L. Canellopoulos, Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, purchased on 21st November 2011, 8,500 common shares and on 22nd November 2011, 8,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 96,150.00 and € 88,660.00 respectively.
