S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Grigorios Dikeos, Finance Director, transferred on 13th October 2011, 7,534 common shares from his individual Investor Account to the Common Investor Account with co-beneficiaries Mr. Dimitrios Dikeos of Grigorios and Mr. Ioannis Dikeos of Grigorios.
