Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Dimitrios Th. Papalexopoulos, CEO of the Company’s Board of Directors, purchased on 3rd October 2011, 4,000 common shares and on 4th October 2011, 3,500 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 39,469.19 and € 32,894.97 respectively.
