Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mrs. Alexandra Papalexopoulou – Benopoulou, purchased on 9th September 2011, 4,000 common shares and on 12th September 2011, 4,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 50,860.00 and € 49,574.00 respectively.
