Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Andreas L. Canellopoulos, Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, purchased on 8th September 2011, 4,459 common shares and on 9th September 2011, 5,433 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 56,827.66 and € 68,723.12 respectively.
