S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Andreas L. Canellopoulos, Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, purchased on 18th August 2011, 10,000 common shares and on 19th August 2011, 7,425 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 130,403.14 and € 94,752.40 respectively.
